The problem

Projects often go wrong in discovery without anyone noticing: stakeholder time is scarce, notes vary, synthesis depends on who was present, and nobody can inspect the reasoning afterwards.

The system

Tarva's governed council of AI specialists: it maps stakeholders, generates evidence-linked interview personas, runs waves of simulated interviews, and scores coverage before handing off a human-reviewed discovery pack.

Outcome

Every finding in a discovery pack traces back to an interview, and a person reviews the pack before it moves on.

Role

Discovery Council is Tarva's own product. Tarva made it an operational part of our delivery system and led its product shape, information architecture, UX/UI, brand expression and client-facing screens.
