A large registry of agents and skills only helps if the correct method arrives deterministically and auditably when the work starts.

Tarva's Model Context Protocol server: it finds the skills a task needs, resolves their upstream dependency chain with cycle detection, loads templates and checklists, and keeps an append-only audit log.

The right methodology reaches an agent at the moment of work, with its dependencies, the same way every time.

It is a working internal tool used by the Serras and Convergence pipeline.
