Tarva Convergence

Seven repositories, 21 shared packages, one platform.

Tarva Convergence: control room

The problem

Earlier integration attempts failed on duplicate React contexts, mismatched client types and split validation schemas, the bugs that appear when fast-moving repositories each pin their own frameworks.

The system

Tarva's umbrella monorepo: shared packages for auth, LLM access, governance, observability, billing, testing and interface patterns under a strict layered architecture, with one copy of each framework-critical dependency.

Outcome

Tarva's products now build on one shared platform instead of fighting each other's dependencies.

Proof

Convergence is operational, and the whole delivery system runs on it daily.

Role

Convergence is Tarva's own infrastructure. Tarva led its architecture, unification, governance, delivery, information architecture, UX/UI, brand, design and development.
