The problem
Small teams rarely have a full cross-disciplinary bench for each product, and ad hoc AI work moves quickly while leaving no decision record behind it.
The system
A governed factory that carries a product through strategy, brand, design, code and validation. Its engine, Serras Symphony, runs that pipeline with human decision gates at every stage.
Outcome
Serras gives a small team one governed path from a raw idea to launch-ready proof, where each requirement, screen and ticket reaches a recorded decision.
Proof
Serras is in closed beta with three partner firms, and its brand book is published on this site.
Role
Tarva co-created Serras with EIGHT32 and Libre Labs; it is shared work, not ours alone. Tarva leads product vision, strategy, brand and BXD, UX/UI and front-end direction, while EIGHT32 owns the backend and middle tier and Libre Labs owns DevSecOps.
